Candidate must have 5 8 years of experience in AI & Chatbot testing, functional validation, and quality assurance

Job Description

• Architect the test design and test plan specifically tailored for AI and chatbot testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage across scenarios.
• Hands-on experience in testing conversational AI systems, including NLP model behavior intent recognition, and response validation.
• Lead AI and chatbot testing efforts for Microsoft Copilot Chat across various access points (Teams, Outlook, Web, and Mobile).
• Define and implement a functional testing approach focusing on response accuracy, contextual relevance, and accessibility.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing to validate Copilot
• s AI-driven interactions, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Identify areas for automation of regression and accuracy validation and collaborate with automation teams to implement solutions
