Location: BKC, Mumbai (Work from Office – Monday to Saturday)

Work Exposure: Belgium & Australia Offices

Salary Range: CTC: ₹8–12 LPA

Work Experience : 5+ years

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Professional to join a growing organization with international exposure. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with overseas offices (Belgium & Australia) while being based in Mumbai.

If you have strong expertise in full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, MIS reporting, and advanced Excel skills — this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Handle general ledger, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end closures
• Prepare accurate MIS reports and financial summaries
• Prepare and present Management Accounts
• Support financial planning and analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Coordinate with international stakeholders for financial reporting requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting & bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Models, etc.)
• Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
