Job Role: Senior Account Executive- Sales

  • Experience: 2-3 Years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding targets, and experience handling larger accounts

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex sales cycles and larger enterprise accounts.

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans.

  • Mentoring and training junior Account Executives.

  • Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Providing strategic input on sales processes and product development.

  • Forecasting sales and managing a pipeline of high-value deals.

  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree or masters.

  • Should be proficient in English and Kannada

  • Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.

  • Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales.

  • Demonstrated ability in leads generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution.

  • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.

  • Thorough understanding of billing software and the ability to convey its value proposition effectively to clients.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
