Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Consultant role based in Udaipur. The Senior Consultant will oversee and lead strategic projects, conduct in-depth research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and business outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance, advising stakeholders, delivering actionable recommendations, and implementing solutions to meet organizational objectives. The candidate will be expected to take ownership, maintain a proactive approach, and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct in-depth research and data analysis
• Project management and leadership capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in strategy development and implementation
• Proficiency in tools and software for data analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Experience in the FMCG or food industry is an advantage
