Oversee daily opening/closing, menu planning, and food preparation, including service times.

Maintain strict cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations, PPE usage, and food safety standards

train, supervise, and mentor canteen staff or volunteers.

Manage canteen budgets, handle sales, manage petty cash, and prepare financial records for management.

Monitor entrance/exit points, verify identification, manage visitor logs, and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering restricted factory areas.

Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility, including parking lots, warehouse perimeters, and manufacturing floors, to check for security breaches, fire hazards, or damaged equipment.

Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security surveillance systems, ensuring real-time awareness of activity.

Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and safety incidents. Document daily activities and prepare detailed incident reports for management.
