Role Title: Security Lead

Role Summary

The Security Lead will own end‑to‑end security architecture, governance, compliance, and operational security for large Government programs. The role ensures secure design, implementation, monitoring, and audit readiness across cloud/on‑prem environments serving critical Government platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and security solutioning for Government RFPs (Central & State).
• Define and govern security controls across cloud, network, application, data, and identity layers.
• Ensure compliance with GoI frameworks (CERT‑In, DPDP Act, NIC/MeitY guidelines, ISO 27001).
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, security hardening, and incident response.
• Establish and manage SIEM/SOC operations, SOC playbooks, and 24×7 monitoring where required.
• Work closely with Solutioning, Infra, Delivery, Cloud, and OEM security partners.
• Support security documentation, audits, and bid defense presentations for Government clients.
