Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Secretary at Tax Consultants. The role involves providing clerical and administrative support, managing confidential documentation, assisting with company secretarial tasks, and maintaining efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Secretary will also address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service as part of their responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Company Secretarial Work, including filing and documentation
  • Customer Service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
  • High organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in office software and digital tools
  • Previous experience in consultancy, legal, or secretarial roles is a plus
