Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sea Freight Manager based in Nagpur. The Sea Freight Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end sea freight operations, including import and export processes, ensuring all shipments adhere to regulations and timelines. This position requires collaboration with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, managing logistics documentation, and ensuring cost-effective and efficient freight solutions. Sound knowledge of ocean freight processes will be vital to optimize operations and address any logistical challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Ocean Freight operations, including import and export processes
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their queries effectively
• Familiarity with Freight logistics documentation and processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in related software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field is desirable
• Previous experience within the logistics or shipping industry is highly advantageous
