Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) located in Undri,Pune. The SDR will engage in building and managing a strong prospect pipeline, conducting lead generation, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role includes making outbound calls, qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing proactive assistance to drive business development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to establish meaningful client connections
  • Sales aptitude, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Experience in Business Development to nurture client relationships and expand market reach
  • Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in the B2B industry or in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
