Role Overview:
You will be joining Ripik.ai, a fast-growing Industrial AI SaaS startup founded by alumni from IIT Delhi and BITS Pilani, with experience at prestigious companies like McKinsey, Google, and IBM. Ripik.ai is backed by Accel, Venture Highway, and 25+ top angel investors, including 14 unicorn founders. The company specializes in building patented full-stack software to automate decision-making on the factory floor. With products deployed across various industries, Ripik.ai is at the forefront of industrial AI innovation. As an SDE-III || Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of industrial AI at Ripik.ai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the products have the best technical design and architecture, with support from peers and team members to create top-notch technical solutions.
- Proactively identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful feature and functionality implementation.
- Respond promptly to business needs and demands from client-facing teams for features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with senior Ripik.ai tech and AI leaders to shape and scale the software products and Ripik's proprietary platform for hosting manufacturing-focused AI and ML software products.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- At least 4 years of experience in team handling.
- Deep expertise in Java and some exposure to Python (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in coding for business logic, server scripts, and APIs.
- Excellent skills in SQL queries for backend databases and performing CRUD operations.
- Working exposure to React.js.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MYSQL, Postgres DB, and non-relational databases like MongoDB, HBASE, and cloud-native big data stores.
- Experience working on public cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Exposure to Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, collaborating with ML engineers to build the backend of AI-enabled applications. Role Overview:
