Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend services, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Experience with Strapi v4 (or above) or other headless CMS tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Work with databases and ensure data consistency and security.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Docker: Good understanding

API Integration: Strong knowledge of calling REST api integration with UI components

CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Git: Good knowledge

SonarQube: Familiar with using SonarQube for code quality and coverage

Quick Learner: Someone who can learn new things quickly, good communication and teamwork skills.

Good To Have

Experience with Strapi or other headless CMS platforms.

Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean etc.).

Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
