Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Scrum Master. The Junior Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives. The role involves ensuring the team follows Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative environment. Additionally, the Junior Scrum Master will work closely with stakeholders to define and manage user stories, track progress, and report on team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Sprint Planning and User Stories skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Communication skills
• Understanding of Software Development processes
• Ability to foster team collaboration and remove impediments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or relevant certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
