Role Overview:
As a Scrum Master II/III for the CMS & Common Experience Delivery team at The Standard India, you will be a servant leader and coach for an agile delivery team. Your role will involve shaping how CMS and shared experiences provide value to customers, employees, and the company. You will be responsible for coaching, training, ceremony orchestration, and addressing impediments to enhance agile maturity and practices. Your focus will be on building a strong team culture that delivers customer value predictably and maintains a healthy system for visibility and insight into Product Increment and team health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scrum process and coach the team on utilizing scrum and Agile practices effectively.
- Manage inter-dependencies between teams within Total Experience and outside.
- Facilitate various team meetings including daily scrums, sprint reviews, planning meetings, and other ceremonies to ensure full team engagement.
- Work with Product Owners on short and long-term release planning and maintain a healthy working backlog.
- Anticipate and address impediments to team delivery, shielding the team from external interference.
- Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates and improving feature and story estimation.
- Analyze team productivity reports to enhance flow predictability and velocity.
- Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru, India is required.

Qualification Required:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering (preferably with MIS specialization).
- Experience: Coaching as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, and 1-3 years of experience in Infrastructure and/or Security.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Target Process, Service Now, and related reporting tools.
- Experience working with UX, CX, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams.
