Job Title: Scrum Master / Business Analyst Healthcare Data Platform

Contract: 6 months (extendable)

Job Brief

We are looking for a Scrum Master or Business Analyst to join a fast-moving data team.

You will help build a healthcare data platform for a Health Plan (payer).

You will work with business teams and tech teams. You will help them plan work, run sprints, and deliver data solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, solving problems, and building data platforms that improve healthcare decisions.

Responsibilities

- Run Agile sprints for data platform development
- Work with business teams and data engineers to deliver solutions
- Help plan and manage data platform layers (ingestion, curation, and consumption)
- Coordinate with offshore and global teams across time zones
- Track work using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Understand and organize health plan data such as claims, members, providers, and pharmacy
- Help remove blockers and keep the team moving forward
- Turn business needs into clear tasks for technical teams

Qualifications

- 57 years of experience in data or analytics projects
- Experience in healthcare payer / health plan data platforms
- Strong knowledge of payer data domains such as
- Claims
- Enrollment
- Provider
- Member
- Pharmacy
- Authorization
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud data platforms
- CSM or Agile certification required for Scrum Master role
