**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**
- Knowledge of Market research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Perform quality assurance controls on products.
- Should be experienced in tools like JIRA, Redmine, Trello
- Have good customer interaction skills

- Managed teams
- CSM certifications

• *RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE**

- Managing scrum team of 8-10 members.
- Daily standup calls with team and clients
- Status reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Project planning and tracking
- Conducting project reviews on timely basis
- Tracking and managing the project teams
- Coordinate with cross functional teams effectively.
- Should be able discuss with the clients and write user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guide the PO if the team has one.
