WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Script Writer who will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful scripts for video content, including brand films and other brand-led storytelling formats. The role requires a strong understanding of brand communication, creative storytelling, and the ability to translate content briefs into compelling scripts. The candidate will also guide and oversee the work of junior scriptwriters to ensure quality and consistency in output.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write engaging scripts for various video formats, including brand content and brand films.
• Conduct in-depth research to ensure scripts are insightful, relevant, and aligned with the concept.
• Understand and interpret content briefs to develop strong narrative structures and storytelling formats.
• Ensure all scripts align with the brand’s aesthetics, tone, and overall essence.
• Deliver scripts within defined timelines while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine concepts and enhance storytelling.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior scriptwriters to maintain consistency and quality in content.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in scriptwriting or content writing, preferably for video content.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in conducting research and developing concept-driven scripts.
• Ability to understand brand voice and adapt writing style accordingly.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling and content formats for digital platforms.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is preferred.
Prior experience working on brand films, digital campaigns, or other creative video content within a brand-focused or creative environment is preferred.
