About the Podcast

We are launching a long-form podcast exploring social awareness, untold stories, politics, society, culture, business, and real-world issues.

The podcast aims to create deep, thoughtful conversations supported by data, research, and investigative storytelling. Through engaging discussions with experts and diverse voices, we explore ideas, current events, and overlooked stories in an intelligent, balanced, and meaningful way.

Role Overview

We are looking for a research-oriented Podcast Script Writer / Researcher who can deeply investigate topics, analyze information, and craft compelling podcast scripts and discussion frameworks.

The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, analytical thinking, and curiosity about real-world issues, helping create conversations that are informative, engaging, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Research social awareness topics, politics, culture, business, and real-world issues
• Identify impactful and thought-provoking podcast topics
• Write podcast scripts, episode outlines, and storytelling narratives
• Collect and verify supporting data, statistics, and credible sources
• Prepare interview questions and discussion frameworks for guests
• Analyze complex issues and convert them into clear, engaging conversations
• Assist the host in structuring deep and insightful podcast discussions

Required Skills

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent script writing and storytelling ability
• Ability to gather and verify credible data and sources
• Interest in social issues, politics, and current affairs
• Ability to structure logical and engaging podcast conversations

Preferred Background

• Mass Communication / Journalism / Media Studies background preferred
• Interest in investigative journalism and storytelling
• Experience in content writing, journalism, research, or podcasts is a plus
