As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include production planning and control, managing materials and production capacity based on demand, and focusing on customer service improvement, inventory reduction, and cost reduction. Your role will involve a major contribution to the SAP R3 Execution program, allowing you to have a significant impact on overall operations and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of demand and supply planning along with logistic operations
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain initiatives
- Drive various SCM improvement projects within material planning, customer dispatches, outbound logistics, and intracompany material flow
- Create cost/benefit analysis for strategic initiatives and special projects
- Identify and document new processes developed in the Supply Chain
- Assist in the development and deployment of key performance metrics focusing on inventory, delivery, quality, capability, reliability, and other performance attributes
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Drive SAP R3 Execution within the plant and ensure sustainability for SAP MM/SD/WM modules

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within Supply Chain processes
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of MRP (SAP MM/SD/WM) systems
- Expertise in data analysis, MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in Cable Assembly, Component Assembly, and related products is preferable

Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Performing analyses and supporting supply chain activities to ensure smooth operation and improve supply chain efficiency
- Conducting internal and external audits and analyses of processes to strengthen the supply chain and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy, as well as participating in physical inventory counts
- Assisting in the evaluation of suppliers and participating in plant surveys to evaluate and recommend prospective suppliers
- Reviewing and completing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to place orders, and expediting the delivery of purchased items to meet delivery schedules

This role generally requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or local equivalent.
