Overview:

SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consultants and managers will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from R&D to, manufacturing, and retirement—using SAP S/4HANA or ECC to streamline NPD, recipe management, document control (DMS), and engineering change management (ECM). They configure systems, analyze business requirements, and ensure cross-functional collaboration, typically requiring 3+ end-to-end implementations and deep expertise in PLM, CAD, or EHS modules. Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration: Design, customize, and implement SAP PLM solutions (including Recipe Development, Specifications, and DMS).

  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing product development, identify improvements, and map processes from concept to decommissioning.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to align systems with business goals.

  • Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ end-to-end implementations (for consultants) or 10-15+ years in engineering/IT (for managers).

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, specializing in PLM modules (Recipe Development, DMS, ECM, EHS).

  • Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of product development, Bills of Materials (BOM), and material management (MM).

  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
