Hiring: SAP Customer Master Data Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in SAP Customer Master Data (CM) to join our team. If you have a passion for data quality, governance, and process excellence, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage Customer Master Data with high accuracy and quality
• Ensure all master data activities are completed within defined SLA timelines
• Collaborate with Master Data Governance teams for quality reviews and improvements
• Update and maintain SOPs and support audit activities
• Perform annual data clean-up (blocking inactive records)

Restricted Party Screening (RPS):

• Execute RPS checks and resolve alerts within SLA
• Maintain sanction lists and commodity codes
• Participate in escalation discussions to resolve positive matches

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Master Data Operations experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP & MDG
• Experience in Customer Master Data Maintenance (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Restricted Party Screening (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
