Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant / Human Resources Practitioner

Location: Gurugram

Job Summary

As a Human Resources Practitioner, you will provide expertise in developing and executing HR strategies, programs, and services across various stages of the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals while addressing employee concerns and improving the overall employee experience.

Your role will involve implementing effective HR practices, supporting HR operations, and leveraging HR data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll and strong knowledge of payroll and HR administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work independently and progressively become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR processes and SAP HCM Payroll.
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and HR initiatives.
• Provide solutions to work-related HR and payroll issues.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to execute HR strategies and programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and HR awareness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support the end-to-end payroll processing cycle and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and support management decision-making.
• Continuously improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• SAP HCM Payroll expertise.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports for management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Work Location: Gurugram (RTO – Return to Office).
• Education: 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
