About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience working with SAP modules related to Material Logistics and Material Management. The role offers exposure to large-scale corporate operations within one of India’s largest corporate groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP entries related to Material Logistics and Material Management (MM).
• Generate and process invoices within the SAP system in coordination with finance and procurement teams.
• Track and update material movements, inventory transactions, and logistics documentation.
• Assist in purchase order processing, goods receipt, and invoice verification through SAP.
• Ensure accuracy of data entries and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Prepare periodic reports and assist in system reconciliation where required.
• Support internal teams in resolving SAP-related queries and operational issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience working with SAP modules related to Material Logistics / Material Management.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP MM module and logistics workflows.
• Understanding of procurement cycle and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a structured corporate environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
