About The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to drive key initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO) for Finance programs across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will work closely with PMO leadership, Finance stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of SAP ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance leads to plan, organize, and structure project workstreams

Develop and maintain detailed project plans for SAP Finance initiatives

Track project progress, manage dependencies, and identify critical paths

Monitor and report project status against timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets

Identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Changes)

Prepare and standardize project templates and documentation

Facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items

Support change management initiatives, including workshops and stakeholder alignment

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and project teams

Maintain project documentation, repositories, and reporting dashboards

Capture lessons learned and share best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in SAP ERP project management or delivery roles

Proven experience in SAP implementations/deployments, preferably in Finance modules

Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes (preferred)

Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)

Proficiency in Google Suite or similar collaboration tools

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in global, cross-functional, and multicultural environments

Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

Experience working within a PMO structure

Exposure to large-scale SAP Finance transformation programs

Familiarity with change management frameworks
