SAP Basis Security Consultant

• Lead and manage a team of SAP Basis consultants to deliver support across various systems, including S/4HANA, Business Suite, EWM.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management (ChaRM/CTMS), data growth analysis, security updates, deletion/partitioning, system refreshes and upgrades.
• Manage SAP HANA for performance optimization and troubleshooting across ERP, BW and BW4HANA.
• Drive incident and change management in line with ITIL practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create shift rosters to ensure task allocation and productivity improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure planning and HA/DR strategies.
