Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Yavatmal. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting the company's products and services to meet sales targets. Additional responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in building client relationships and understanding customer needs
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and related tools
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
• Knowledge of the industry and local market is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
