Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our shoe shop located in Ernakulam. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing exceptional service, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, and meeting sales targets. You will also handle transactions at the cash register, ensure accurate inventory management, and participate in promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong salesmanship and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Organizational and time management skills for maintaining store operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS (point-of-sale) systems
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and carrying light loads during work hours
• Prior experience in retail or similar customer-oriented roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
