We are seeking Salesforce Software Engineers to join our team. The role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce development and cross-functional collaboration, who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support engineering projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculations.
• Develop a full software stack independently; understand system protocols, dependencies, and data flows.
• Present improvement proposals to management and influence architectural decisions.
• Participate in technical discussions and present concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Learn continuously, create technical content, and coach others.
• Mentor other engineers and help drive technical decisions across functional teams.
• Design and implement improvements using new frameworks and technologies.
• Conduct investigative problem-solving for complex and non-routine technical issues.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industry CPQ.
• Experience with Aura Bundles, RESTful APIs, and SOAP integrations.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP and functional programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Openness to learning new tools and technologies.

Must Have Skills:

• Salesforce CRM, Velocity / Omni Studio, CPQ, order management, data modelling, Apex, LWC.
