Job Description: Tableau Development & Data Visualization

Hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.

Ability to design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports with strong focus on performance optimization and user experience.

Strong knowledge of Tableau data modeling concepts including joins, blends, LOD expressions, calculated fields, and parameters.

Experience in creating executive-level dashboards, KPI scorecards, drill-down reports, and actionable visualizations.

Understanding of dashboard performance tuning and best practices in visualization design.

Data Management & SQL

Strong RDBMS knowledge with ability to write complex SQL queries.

Experience in data transformation, cleansing, and preparation for reporting purposes.

Understanding of ETL concepts and working with structured and semi-structured datasets.

Ability to perform gap analysis and validate data accuracy across systems.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into analytical models and visual insights.

Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops and translating functional needs into reporting solutions.

Strong communication skills with ability to present insights clearly to business stakeholders.

Proactive in identifying reporting improvements and automation opportunities.

Solution Design & Delivery

Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Ability to independently manage dashboard development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.

Ensure adherence to governance, security, and data access controls within analytics environments.

Nice to have skills- Salesforce Ecosystem Exposure

Good exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform capabilities.

Understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules), and reporting architecture.

Experience working with Salesforce data extraction and integration for reporting and analytics use cases.

Ability to collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

CRM Analytics (Salesforce CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM)

Exposure to Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).

Understanding of datasets, dataflows/recipes, dashboards, lenses, and security predicates within CRM Analytics.

Experience in building analytics solutions natively within Salesforce platform.
