Position Overview:

Private Edge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is offering opportunities for the position of Sales & Customer Support Executive. This is a work-from-home role with both part-time and full-time options available. Candidates with good communication and basic sales understanding will be preferred. Freshers who are willing to learn and work with targets can also apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 years and above

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Basic communication skills required

Skills Required:

  • Data entry and record management skills
  • Ability to work with targets and team coordination

  • Selection Process:

    Interview Round – Candidates must successfully clear the interview round.

    Training Program – Selected candidates will receive basic training and guidance about the work process.

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through calls or messages
  • Explain company services and assist interested clients
  • Handle customer queries and provide support
  • Maintain customer records and perform basic data entry
  • Work with the team to manage leads and customer relationships
