About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Manager with 2–3 years of Sales training experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development in a tech-driven learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement scalable training strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Design onboarding and role-specific training programs for new hires and existing employees across Sales department.

  • Conduct regular training needs assessments (TNA) to identify gaps and improvement areas.

  • Create engaging, high-quality training materials such as presentations, SOPs, e- learning modules, quizzes, and case studies.

  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs)/Vertical Heads to develop specialized learning content.

• Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct live training sessions (online & offline) and support peer-learning initiatives.

  • Design and deliver training sessions focused on behavioural skills, workplace etiquette, and professional communication to build a well-rounded workforce.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

  • Continuously iterate training content based on learner feedback and business performance.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Sales Managers, Academic Heads, and Product teams to align training with business goals.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and capability development.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in training roles within the EdTech or education space.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using Google Workspace/MS Office, and digital training tools.

  • Strong instructional design and content creation abilities.

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and impact.

  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s or Certification in L&D is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience training B2C sales or student success teams in an EdTech context.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation models.

  • Comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment.
