Who we are looking for:
At least 6 months - 1 year of proven on-paper Tele sales experience in international BPO for outbound sales process (B2B preferred)
Domestic Sales Experience: 1 year with strong communication skills can also apply.
Open for both undergraduates and graduates.
You will be able to think and respond quickly to various inquiries from industry personnel and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential international customers or businesses to promote technical products or services.
Identify current business opportunities in global markets by reaching out to decision-makers, including C-level executives, managers, or technical specialists.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to international markets and technical solutions.
Understand customers' unique requirements and recommend tailored technical solutions.
Technical Knowledge and Consultation:
Demonstrate strong technical expertise by explaining product specifications, functionalities, and advantages.
Provide technical support or consultation to potential clients, helping them understand how the product or service can solve their specific problems.
Assist in the customization or configuration of products to meet customer needs.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during the sales process and escalate complex issues to technical support teams as necessary.
Sales Conversion:
Qualify leads based on customer interest, need, and purchasing capability, targeting high-value clients.
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential international clients, from initial contact through to closing sales.
