The Mission
As the B2B Membership Team Lead, you are the architect of a thriving ecosystem. Your goal is to convert transactional customers into long-term loyal members (Wholesalers, Retailers, and HORECA) by driving acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Coach a team of Membership Executives; set KPIs and foster a "consultative selling" culture.
Strategic Acquisition: Identify market gaps and recruit high-value B2B partners within the FMCG supply chain.
Retention & Loyalty: Monitor churn, manage loyalty programs, and deploy interventions for "at-risk" members.
Data Intelligence: Utilize CRM tools and Excel to track growth, AOV, and purchase frequency.
Internal Advocacy: Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure member perks are delivered and product assortments meet member needs.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years in B2B Sales/Account Management (FMCG or Retail preferred).
Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing teams and hitting aggressive growth targets.
Tech Stack: Expert in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiator capable of balancing "shop talk" with high-level corporate strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
