Role Overview

The Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. This position bridges communication between the sales department, clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously to ensure seamless sales operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calls to qualified leads and prospects, following up on potential business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Track and follow up on pending payments from clients, ensuring timely collection and maintaining healthy cash flow
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate with clients regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and product specifications
  • Liaise with the sales team to provide updates on client interactions, feedback, and market insights
  • Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, and inventory management
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate contact information, interaction history, and transaction details
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, activity summaries, and performance metrics for management review

  • Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role (1-2 years preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email management
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred; willingness to learn new systems
  • Basic understanding of chemical products or B2B sales processes is advantageous

Work Environment
