Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based at our facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales processes, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Report Preparation: Skills in preparing detailed sales reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with internal departments.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
