Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist - CRM based in Thane. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling CRM system, driving sales processes, engaging with potential customers and identifying opportunities to boost sales performance.

Day-to-day activities include appointment setting and meeting customers. Meeting customers and educating on CRM usage, help set the Sales Process and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and selling Skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Training team members on CRM platforms and processes
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by performance targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
