Role Overview

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Service Engineer to help us build up our business activities. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to present / demonstrate our products through various modes. Ultimately, candidate should help us to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Broad Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Sales and Service activity in Northern India.
  • Identify OEM / Distributors, understand product requirement, get the target price, propose right product, and convert it into order.
  • Meet customers on regular basis to understand changing customer requirement and promote Hydreco products accordingly
  • Understand the application(s), suggest the right products to the customer requirement
  • Dealer / Distributor management and new distributor establishment. Promote business through this network.
  • Provide quotation against sales enquiry, follow-up with customer & in-house Operations till completion of sale/delivery/collection.
  • Promote Hydreco Products through
  • Responsible for promoting Hydreco sale through distributor network.
  • Reporting Sales / Dealer activity to Sales Manager
  • Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules etc., and pass on information in the team.
  • Support Distributors in troubleshooting; providing training to the distributor personnel as and when required.
  • Identify new application / market and help in developing new products
  • Be ready to travel extensively for customer meeting / Sales promotion, OEM / body builder / Distributor training. Manage/handle the service calls if any.

  • Knowledge/Skills Required:
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently
  • Hands-on experience in Field Service and the ability to perform on-site installations, inspections, and repair work
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear, professional customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering fields is an advantage
