Medical Representative

Product Line: Nutritional Supplements for Critical Care Illness

Responsibilities
  • Every day Chemist Calls
  • Every day Doctor Calls
  • Increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products
  • Merchandising of products - To increase visibility and brand awareness
  • Ensure Store Level Promotion plans are implemented at the Chemist's
  • Sell the company's products to / through doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals
  • Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote the products
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the products
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
  • Follow up on leads generated by the company
  • Prepare presentations for potential customers
  • Research competitor's products and their respective market performances
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science)
  • Proven medical sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Persuasive and resilient.
