Job Title: Sales Representative

Reports To: [Sales Manager/Team Lead]

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify current sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
Track sales performance and report on key metrics (e.g., sales volume, revenue, conversion rates).
Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1years of experience in sales or a related field or Fresher.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
