Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell diagnostic services / pharmaceutical products in the Chiplun region. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate business and increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote diagnostic services / pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners and healthcare institutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to doctors, labs, and hospitals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for sample collection, service delivery, and client support (for diagnostics).
  • Maintain daily reports on sales activities, doctor visits, and leads.
  • Participate in medical camps, promotional activities, and awareness programs when required.

  • Requirements
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in Diagnostics, Pharma, Healthcare, or Medical Devices industry.
  • Good network with local doctors, clinics, hospitals, or laboratories is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of medical / diagnostic products will be an advantage.

    Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
