About the Role

Manager - Customer Relationship which will build and maintains strong, profitable client relationships by understanding needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving loyalty, acting as the main contact for inquiries, resolving issues, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, analyzing data for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and boost retention and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service, proactive issue resolution, and addressing feedback.
  • Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products/services, contributing to sales targets and expanding the customer base.
  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement client engagement strategies, communication plans, and retention programs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to understand trends, behaviors, and potential growth areas, informing business decisions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Database/ CRM tools and prepare reports/business reviews for clients and management.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently and professionally.

  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and business acumen.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Education Background from B.tech civil or else Qualified Bachelor’s /Master’s (experienced in construction, building materials, real estate industry or relevant to mentioned requirements
