Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer Construction Site – HD Putty to strengthen our presence in the construction and finishing materials market. The role is field-based and focuses on generating demand at construction sites, converting new projects into long-term customers, and ensuring strong product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based sales activities with a strong focus on construction site hunting
• Identify, approach, and convert new construction sites into regular customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site supervisors, painters, masons, and dealers
• Ensure product availability and visibility at relevant shops and markets
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback with management

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum education: FA / Intermediate
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Prior experience in selling house construction–related products such as:
• Paints
• Construction chemicals
• Putty
• Tiles
• Plumbing or electrical materials
• Strong understanding of local construction markets will be preferred

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid motorbike driving license
• Must own a personal motorbike for field mobility

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
• Fuel Allowance: 50 litres per month
