Job Profile: Sales Officer / Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer / Manager to promote our premium tea brand Guppy Moms across HORECA, Retail, Distributors, and Wholesalers channels. The role requires building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence in the Ludhiana region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new HORECA clients, retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity and gather customer feedback.
• Ensure proper visibility and placement of products in all trade channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, sampling, and events.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with management.
• Drive secondary sales through effective distributor management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any field.
• Experience: 3–6 years in FMCG / Food & Beverages industry.
• Strong network in HORECA, retail, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹4.0 – ₹5.0 LPA + Performance-based variables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
