Purpose of Job: Provide strategic planning to effectively manage sales and marketing, represent company's brand and to drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends to maximize development returns.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1.

Manage the sales and marketing portfolio, provide relevant information and recommendations for strategic planning of sales and marketing activities to meet business objectives.

2.

Select, appoint, and manage sales and marketing vendors/professional organizations.

3. Forecast sales and marketing requirements by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to meet financial objectives.

4. Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for developments, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new business.

5. Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand to sustain business.

6. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

7. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving sales coordinating new product development.

8. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.

9.

Transfer knowledge and skills in line with Individual Development Plans, support career development and disseminate knowledge.
