- Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel.Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts

Qualifications

- Any Graduate
- Skills -
- Automobile Industry 8 to 10 years experience.
- Positive Communication Skills .
- Knowledge of features, benefits, and advantages of own and competition products.
- Knowledge of financing options available, generate quotation based on the prevalent schemes, documentation required and timelines.
- Knowledge of all value-added services associated with the product.
- Knowledge of events in the calendar year which have a high impact on sales.
- Knowledge of product demonstration and objection handling.
- 4 wheeler commercial vehicle driving license is preferred

Additional Information

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Salary Budget - 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 lpa
