Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with strong connections in the real estate developer and consultant ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business from real estate developers, real estate consultants, and brokerage firms for digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the real estate industry, excellent sales skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions for property sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and real estate consultants.
- Generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation campaigns.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their project marketing requirements and sales objectives.
- Develop customized digital marketing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Convert leads into long-term clients by building strong professional relationships.
- Expand business opportunities in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Bangalore, and other real estate markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase project marketing assignments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and developer launches to identify new opportunities.
- Attend real estate industry events, networking meets, and developer meetings to expand business connections.

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Digital Marketing Agency, Property Portals, or Real Estate Marketing Firms preferred.
- Strong network with real estate developers, channel partners, and consultants.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services used in real estate lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and incentive-based environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of generating business independently.

Qualification: BMS / BBA / MBA - Marketing or equivalent

Salary: As per market standards
