Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (As per experience)

About Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on winning new business and building strong client relationships. This is a proactive sales role focused on driving revenue growth for three hotels and a conference centre.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter — someone who is energized by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and consistently uncovering new opportunities in the market.

Hotels to Handle Business of-

• TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brantford Conference Center
• Hampton Inn by Hilton Brantford Conference Center
• City Express by Marriott Port Hope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate new business across corporate, group, and event segments
• Drive revenue for all three hotels and the conference centre through strategic outreach
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, and emails.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with measurable activity goals
• Prepare and follow up on proposals with strong, persuasive written communication
• Negotiate contracts and close business to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide weekly sales reporting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a proactive hotel sales role (preferred)
• Strong phone presence and exceptional verbal communication skills
• Professional and persuasive email writing skills
• Confident closer with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
• Experience selling hotels, event space, or conference facilities is an asset
