We are looking for a high-performance Sales Manager to lead and scale our revenue across:
  • Immigration & PR Services
  • Study Visa & Spouse Visa Services
  • Language Training Programs (IELTS, CELPIP, PTE – LinguoPrep)

    Key Responsibilities1. Sales Team Leadership
  • Manage and supervise counsellors / sales executives
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct daily performance meetings
  • Track individual and team KPIs
  • Train team on objection handling & closing strategies
  • Maintain strong discipline and performance culture
  • Motivate and push team toward aggressive goals

  • 2. Revenue & Target Achievement
  • Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets
  • Improve inquiry-to-enrolment conversion ratio
  • Drive high-ticket product closures
  • Increase upselling and cross-selling across services
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales funnel and fix them

  • 3. KPI & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain daily MIS reports
  • Monitor:
  • Lead Conversion Rate
  • Revenue per Sales Executive
  • Product-wise Performance
  • Follow-up Efficiency
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews
  • Take corrective action for underperformance

  • 4. Process & System Improvement
  • Implement structured follow-up systems
  • Improve lead allocation process
  • Standardize sales pitch and scripts
  • Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue projections

  • 5. Reporting & Strategy
  • Report directly to Management
  • Present monthly sales performance reports
  • Create growth strategies and expansion plans
  • Suggest new revenue streams and market penetration tactics
