Job Title: Sales - Manager / Assistant Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Actively engage in field sales and business development activities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and end customers.
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and successful closures.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Address client concerns related to quality, timelines, and service coordination.

Note: This is a field sales opportunity, candidate must have their two wheeler.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of aluminium systems, glass types, hardware, and architectural drawings.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and specifications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Target-driven with strong closing abilities.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aluminium doors, windows, or similar design & fabrication projects.
• Proven track record in B2C sales.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or Telugu.
• Basic computer skills with mandatory beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple reports, quotations, and tracking).
