Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager – Business Loan Against Property (LAP) to drive business growth in the Varanasi region. The role involves sourcing loan cases, managing channel partners, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business LAP sourcing through DSA, connectors, and open market channels.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, brokers, and referral networks.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel partner network in the assigned territory.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.

Monitor pipeline and maintain regular follow-up for case closures.

Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales.

Experience in DSA channel management and business sourcing preferred.
