As a Sales Manager at TradeLab based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to drive the company's growth in Western India by acquiring new business across various segments such as brokers, banks, and fintech platforms. You will be expected to build and manage a sales pipeline, engage with senior stakeholders, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and work closely with the solutions and product teams to match client needs with TradeLab's offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition in Western India targeting brokers, banks, and fintechs.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, qualifying and closing opportunities with senior stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, demos, proposal building, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with solutions and product teams to position TradeLab's modular platforms against client needs.
- Translate regulatory and compliance drivers into business value during sales conversations.
- Represent TradeLab at industry forums, events, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
- Provide structured feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- 58 years of sales experience in capital markets technology, trading infrastructure, or fintech SaaS.
- Strong network and familiarity with decision-makers in Western India's financial sector.
- Proven track record of closing new business with financial institutions.
- Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to broking platforms, OMS/RMS, or API-driven fintech products.
- Understanding of algo trading, risk management systems, and compliance workflows.
- Experience with solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
